Since the pre-practice of the operation on the Terminial 3 building at Beijing Capital International Airport on 29 Feb., it was announced yesterday (26 Mar.), the Terminal 3 has been officially put into operation. It is the largest single-block airport terminal in the world. Altogether, twenty-six airlines have been managed in this terminal. The details are as follows:

The Terminal 1 building is only for the two airlines, which are for domestic departures:
Xiamen Airlines Ltd. (MF)    -- Domestic
China Southern Airlines (CZ)   -- Domestic
 
Remarks:
With Terminal 3 as the base for its airport operations in Beijing, Air China has put in place the Advanced Departure Control System, when clients handle their check-in baggage, they are required to provide full names which should be 100% same as they showed on their passports. The Baggage Reconciliation System will also dramatically increase baggage handling efficiency, and it will make collecting luggage much quicker and easier for passengers.
